A man wanted in the death of 8-year-old Secoriea Turner turned himself in Wednesday.
Julian Conley, 19, has been charged with felony murder and aggravated assault. Channel 2′s Tom Jones spoke to Conley’s attorney, Jackie Patterson, who said police notified him of the two arrest warrants for his client Wednesday morning.
Turner was killed on July 4 when a group of people fired shots in to the car she was riding in with her mother near the Wendy’s restaurant where Rayshard Brooks was killed. A friend of the child’s mother was driving. He attempted to get around a makeshift road block when he was confronted by the group of men with guns.
