Man who filmed #AhmaudArbery attack ARRESTED for MURDER! [DETAILS]

When you witness a crime and do NOTHING to stop it, nor report it….you are an accessory!

William “Roddie” Bryan, the man who recorded the video of Ahmaud Arbery’s killing, is now the third suspect to be arrested for this unarmed black man’s murder.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation just announced the arrest, saying Bryan’s been hit with charges of felony murder and criminal attempt to commit false imprisonment.

The GBI says the charges stem from the February 23 incident that resulted in Arbery’s death. Bryan will be booked into the Glynn County Jail.

Bryan said after his video leaked online that he was fearful for his life and was receiving death threats. The GBI said Bryan and his video were under investigation, and he was initially named in the police report for allegedly trying to block Ahmaud during the chase while he was jogging. Bryan denied any involvement, though.

Bryan, 50, has maintained his innocence. On Monday, his attorney, Kevin Gough, insisted his client had no communication with the McMichaels the day of the shooting.

“If there was a lynch mob or posse, Mr. Bryan was unaware of it,” Gough said.

But that appears to contradict what Greg McMichael — charged, along with his son Travis McMichael, with felony murder and aggravated assault for Arbery’s death — told a Glynn police officer on Feb. 23.

The McMichaels said they believed Arbery was connected to an alleged string of break-ins inside Satilla Shores, the neighborhood where they and Bryan lived. Greg McMichael said Bryan had tried to block Arbery “but was unsuccessful.”

Lee Merritt, Benjamin Crump and Chris Stewart — the attorneys representing Arbery’s family — welcomed the news.

“We called for his arrest from the very beginning of this process,” the lawyers said ina statement. “His involvement in the murder of Mr. Arbery was obvious to us, to many around the country and after their thorough investigation, it was clear to the GBI as well.”

Bryan is charged with felony murder and criminal attempt to commit false imprisonment. He will be booked into the Glynn County Jail, the GBI said.
